SafeHandover is a nursing handover report management tool designed exclusively for healthcare professionals. This application provides the following services: • Creation and management of nursing handover reports • Customizable report templates • Secure local encrypted storage • Offline report sharing capabilities • Pro subscription premium features You acknowledge and agree that this application is intended solely as a supplementary tool and shall not replace professional medical judgment, clinical decision-making, or your institution's official handover protocols and procedures.
2 Disclaimer of Liability
IMPORTANT NOTICE: This application does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment recommendations. All clinical decisions must be made by appropriately qualified healthcare professionals based on comprehensive patient assessment, professional expertise, and established medical protocols. We expressly disclaim liability for: • Errors, omissions, or inaccuracies in user-entered data • Any clinical or medical decisions made based on information within this application • Data loss resulting from device loss, damage, theft, or malfunction • Security breaches arising from improper configuration of security features by the user • Any consequences resulting from use of this application in violation of institutional policies or applicable regulations USE OF THIS APPLICATION IS AT YOUR OWN RISK.
3 Subscription Terms
Pro Subscription Service: Billing & Payment • Payment will be charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account upon confirmation of purchase • Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renewal is disabled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period Cancellation & Refunds • You may manage or cancel your subscription through your App Store or Google Play account settings • Upon cancellation, you will retain access to Pro features until the end of your current billing period • No refunds will be provided for any unused portion of a subscription period Free Trial • Any unused portion of a free trial period will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription Price Modifications • We reserve the right to modify subscription pricing at our discretion • Price changes will become effective at the start of your next billing cycle • You will receive advance notice of any price changes

You are expressly prohibited from: • Copying, reproducing, modifying, or distributing this application or any portion thereof • Reverse engineering, decompiling, or disassembling the application code • Removing, altering, or obscuring any proprietary notices, labels, or marks • Using this application for commercial exploitation beyond normal personal or professional use User-Generated Content • You retain full ownership of all reports, templates, and data you create within the application • We do not access, collect, use, or share your user-generated content
5 Prohibited Conduct
You agree that you will not: • Use this application for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws or regulations • Attempt to circumvent, disable, or interfere with any security features or encryption mechanisms • Interfere with, disrupt, or impose an unreasonable burden on the application's functionality • Use any automated means, scripts, or bots to access or interact with the application • Transfer, assign, or sublicense your account, subscription, or any rights granted hereunder • Install or operate this application on jailbroken (iOS) or rooted (Android) devices, as this may compromise security integrity Violation of these terms may result in immediate termination of your access to the application and its services.
6 Amendments to Terms
Modifications to Terms of Service: We reserve the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms of Service at any time. When changes are made: • A notification will be displayed within the application • The "Last Updated" date will be revised accordingly • For material changes, we will provide reasonable advance notice Your continued use of this application following the posting of revised terms constitutes your acceptance of and agreement to such changes. If you do not agree to the modified terms, you must discontinue use of this application immediately.
7 Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. In the event of any dispute arising out of or relating to these terms, the parties shall first attempt to resolve the matter through good faith negotiation. If such negotiation is unsuccessful, the dispute shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong.
By continuing to use this application, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
